How to Unpack:

DO NOT lift, bend or pull coral branches. Pulling may break coral branches and it is not covered by warranty.

Remove Tie-Down Wires at bottom (if applicable)

ALWAYS lift from the base as illustrated in the photo.
How to Install:
IMPORTANT! Rinse thoroughly Before Installing!

Rinse Artificial Reef thoroughly to remove all packing debris. i.e. garden hose, light pressured water

Soak Artificial Reef in freshwater for two hours.

Allow 24-hour intervals if installing more than one Artificial Reef, especially when fish are already present in your aquarium. Always avoid sudden changes of environment for delicate fish.
Domestic orders:
We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice (*we may change carrier to make sure the products get to you safely. For example using a pallet instead of a box). When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. A tracking number will be provided to you ASAP.
International orders:
We receive many international inquires. It is more cost effective to order a couple of inserts at a time, so we can pack them on a pallet.
Shipping cost does not including custom duty, broker fee or other costs, please consult your broker for specific requirement in your country.
