We try very hard to make every customer satisfied.
Please understand that Artificial Corals require special care during shipping and handling, minor coral branch breakage can be easily fixed.
Please understand that fish keeping hobby requires some knowledge and experience. Many common frustrations like cloudy water, fish loss, algae growth are NOT likely caused by artificial corals. Please make sure that you understand the terms "aquarium nitrogen cycle", "new tank syndrome", "aquarium cloudy water".

No product will be accepted without prior authorization from Instant Reef by Archer USA.

No product will be accepted for return if it has been used, rinsed or contacted with water.

No product will be accepted for exchange.

A restocking fee of 40 percent will be applied to all returned items. Plus "Free Shipping" or other shipping discounts if they were applied.

Freight must be prepaid for all returned items.

Refund can only be issued until we have received and checked returned product.
If Wrong Item Received:

Please always check your order when it is delivered. Keep all the original packing material.

Instant Reef must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of any incorrect items.

Call our toll free at 1-866-272-4378 or 575-874-9188 between the hours of 9AM and 5PM Mountain Standard Time Monday - Friday. Photos of wrong product(s) will be required.

Instant Reef will issue a call tag for the incorrect item. Shipping company will pick it up the next business day.

Once the item is picked up, the correct item will be sent out on that day.
If Item is Damaged:
Our artificial corals are made of resin. They can be easily glued with aquarium silicon.

Please always check your order when it is delivered. Keep all the original packing material.

Follow unpacking instruction carefully. Always lift the base of Artificial Coral Reef insert. Do not pull any coral branches, pulling may break coral branch and it is not covered by warranty.

If you received your item(s) damaged, you need to put "damaged" on the receipt and contact us ASAP. Instant Reef must be notified within 48 hours after delivery of any damaged items. Photos of damaged product(s) will be required.

If Instant Reef sees the item is not fixable, we will issue a call tag for the damaged item. Shipping company will pick it up the next business day. Once we see that the item has been picked up we will send out a replacement.

If item is fixable, we will give instructions on fixing. Generally minor coral branch breakage can be glued by aquarium silicon sealant.
